My son has been a student of this program since his Sophomore year, starting with Mrs. T for Pre-Calculus Honors and continuing now with Mr. Allen for Calculus AB.
When he first entered high school, he struggled to keep up with the depth and fast pace of the curriculum. However, since starting these classes, there has been a remarkable transformation in his conceptual understanding. Mrs. T’s deep knowledge of the school district and its specific teaching styles allowed her to customize practice problems perfectly, ensuring my son stayed ahead of his schoolwork and exams.
As he transitioned to Junior year, the hand-off to Mr. Allen was seamless. Despite the change in instructor, the teaching remained consistent, clear, and perfectly aligned with his school’s syllabus. While this curriculum is separate from SAT/ACT prep, the rigor provided by both Mrs. T and Mr. Allen gave him the edge needed to tackle the math sections of college entrance exams with confidence.
I highly recommend these classes for any high school student—you will not be disappointed!!!

Honors Pre-Calculus is widely regarded as one of the most rigorous mathematics courses in our local high-performing districts. Over the years, I have seen many mathematically gifted students struggle with anxiety and a loss of confidence when faced with the pace and depth of this specific curriculum.
Is This Course Right for You? Success starts with the right placement. If you are pursuing a STEM-focused career, this Honors track is an essential foundation. However, if your interests lie elsewhere, I always encourage families to consider the College Prep track- which still covers vital SAT topics- allowing you to focus your “Honors energy” on subjects that align with your passions.
Building Mathematical Grit If you are committed to the Honors track, how do you prepare? After teaching thousands of students over the last 14 years, I have seen that mathematical aptitude grows through the right mindset, perseverance, and repeated exposure to high-level problem-solving. Confidence isn’t born; it’s built through preparation.
Why the “Deep Dive”? While this course is designed around the rigorous standards common in the West Windsor, Princeton, and South Brunswick areas, it specifically targets the most challenging concepts- particularly Trigonometry. Many local tracks move quickly into these complex topics, leaving students feeling behind before the first semester is over.
The “Deep Dive” was created to solve this. We cover the first three months of the Honors-level material, giving students a significant head start on the most difficult portion of the academic year.
Expert Instruction at an Accessible Value I am committed to making high-level preparation more accessible. This group setting offers incredible value—less than half the price of my one-on-one tutoring- while still providing instruction from a former educator with 7 years of “Highly Effective” ratings within the local high school system and an additional 7 years of specialized tutoring experience.
Student Testimonials
“I found Honors Pre-Calculus to be one of the most difficult courses I’ve taken due to the rigor of the tests. After transitioning to Mrs. T’s instruction, my understanding and confidence improved significantly. We moved ahead of the class, which gave me the extra time I needed to master challenging topics. Her style ensures students are both challenged and supported!”

“I found that the PreCalculus Honors summer course really helped me with the first semester of the course at WWP HS North. It allowed me to have an understanding of subject material prior to the start of the school year, which let me spend less of my time studying for PreCalc tests and instead doing other things. Also, the pace of the actual class is extremely fast, so the understanding that the summer course provides is really really helpful. I can honestly say it’s the main reason that I made it to AP BC. I really appreciate Mrs. T’s efforts to teach the course – she’s a great teacher, and always made sure to give us problems that were reminiscent of the ones we got during the school year.”

“Ms.Thambidurai has helped me through school greatly. Her tutoring has helped me not only learn how to do certain math problems, but understand why certain concepts work, and the deeper reasoning behind certain principles. She has helped me bring my math grade up in my precalculus honors class through an effective teaching method, giving me problems on what we are learning as we go, making sure that I understand the topic. Her kind and caring nature has helped me develop confidence in my math abilities and has helped develop a classroom environment where I feel free to ask questions and advocate for myself. Overall, Ms.Thambidurai’s teaching has helped me develop a great understanding for precalculus honors and helped me raise my grade in school.”

AP Calculus BC: The Summer Foundation
Mastering Limits, Continuity, and the Core of the Derivative
AP Calculus BC is often the “capstone” of a student’s high school mathematical journey, known for its breakneck pace and conceptual depth. For students in our local high-performing districts, the first semester can be a whirlwind of new notation and abstract theory. This summer program is designed to give students the “breathing room” they need to master the foundations before the school year begins.
