For accomplished mathematics educators

Teach what
you know best.

Build rewarding tutoring work around the mathematics you love. Connect with families seeking your specialty, with flexible scheduling and support beyond the lesson.

Keep 75% from the start.Your share of tutoring revenue under our standard starting arrangement.

Your availability. Your specialty.Independent tutoring that fits your commitments.

Students who need your expertise.

We market our services, receive inquiries, and work to connect you with families seeking your subject knowledge—so you don’t have to find every tutoring student on your own. Matches depend on family needs and availability.

Stay in your specialty.

Teach the course or closely related subjects you know best. Build on familiar curricula and deepen your explanations, with less switching between unrelated courses.

Flexibility. Professional independence.

Set your availability and arrange tutoring around your teaching career and personal life, within agreed commitments. You work as an independent contractor, with professional independence under your agreement.

Keep 75% from the start.

Under our standard starting arrangement, you retain 75% of tutoring revenue, while Numeracy Coach receives a 25% commission. As you gain seniority, our applicable commission percentage can decrease, allowing you to retain more.

Payment and commission handling follow your agreed arrangement. Rates and applicable terms are discussed together before you begin; work, hours, and income are not guaranteed.

Support beyond the lesson.

Available today: tools to organize tutoring sessions, communication, records, and financial administration.

In internal development: instructional tools intended to support preparation, continuity between lessons, and useful follow-up. You retain instructional judgment and control.

Our educators bring classroom teaching experience from schools ranked among the top 5% nationally. Santhra, our Founder, shapes a teaching standard grounded in subject depth, careful questions, and respect for the learner.

We’d like to meet experienced mathematics teachers who bring:

  • Strong subject mastery and clear explanations that uncover misconceptions.
  • Professional judgment, preparation, reliable communication, and respect for student privacy.
  • Comfort teaching online and thoughtfully adapting instructional tools.

You don’t need a polished application package. Start with the mathematics you teach best and a brief example of your approach.

How it works

A conversation about fit.

01

Introduce yourself.

Share your specialties, experience, availability, and a short teaching example. Qualifications, online experience, and a resume are optional.

02

Explore the fit.

Our team reviews your introduction. Where there’s a potential match, we’ll discuss your teaching approach, subject needs, and availability.

03

Agree, then begin.

If there’s a mutual fit, we discuss compensation and commitments, agree applicable terms, and arrange onboarding. Applying does not guarantee acceptance or a teaching assignment.

We welcome general expressions of interest. Specific vacancies are posted when confirmed.
