What the forms collect.

Family inquiries collect adult contact details, academic level, course interest, support requested, broad learning goals, and optional contact, schedule, referral, school and teacher details. School and teacher text is retained as a family-provided note; it does not identify or link educational records automatically.

Teacher applications collect contact and address details, subjects, teaching experience and certifications, estimated availability, work authorization, two professional references, a certificate and resume, and optional teaching samples or additional context. Uploads are limited to PDF documents of up to 10 MB each.

Please do not provide student names, private school records, medical information, or identifying examples about minors. Application documents and teaching examples should omit student identifiers. A submission does not create a student, guardian or educator account, enrollment, assignment, or financial arrangement.

How we use it.

Our team reviews inquiries to discuss tutoring needs and potential educator fit, and reviews teacher applications for potential independent contractor opportunities. Access is limited to authorized reviewers. Family inquiries and teacher applications have separate private review paths. Documents are private attachments and are not public website assets.

A compact family-inquiry notification may be sent to the approved internal review team. Detailed family notes and application documents remain in the authenticated review system. We may contact you about your inquiry or application.

Form answers, references, and documents are not sent to Google Analytics or AI models.

Application PDFs are scanned for known threats on our server before acceptance and checked again before download. A detected threat, an outdated scanner or an unavailable scan prevents acceptance or download. Files are not sent to an external scanning service. Scanning reduces risk but does not guarantee that a document is harmless.

Cookies and optional measurement.

Essential cookies protect forms, show submission receipts, and support private reviewer sign-in. An inquiry may retain a bounded landing page, campaign, and referral source. If optional Google Analytics is enabled, it starts only after your consent. You can change that choice using Analytics choices. It measures page visits and successful submissions without form answers or document contents.

Retention and corrections.

Website maintenance supports removal of unconverted inquiries and applications and their private documents after 180 days. Records confirmed for a separate onboarding process follow that process. Spam inquiries can be hidden in recoverable spam trash with an audit history.
