I Need Your Help (Survey)!

Hello World!

I’ll be brief: I need your feedback on some key questions to help shape the direction of The Numeracy Report. I have this dream of bridging the divide in math education between math content and math application. I want to help teachers, students, and parents understand the real-world use of the academic math being taught, with the hopes of inspiring students to use their foundation in math as an asset in their future. I hope to interview people from across industries to gather insights into how math plays a role in their lives.

This is where I need your help! I swear, this is a *short* ask – I’m looking for your insights into ANY of the following four questions:

1. Can you describe some of the ways you use math in your life?
2. What careers or industries would you be interested in having me explore to determine how math is used?
3. Do you have any referrals for someone who may be a good candidate for The Numeracy Report with an interesting message to share? Please share any relevant information (name, contact, position, company, field, etc).
4. Do you have any feedback or suggestions on how to improve The Numeracy Report?
