Starting Commission: 20%
For new Numeracy Coaches, the starting commission rate is set at 20%. As our relationship grows and you gain seniority, this percentage decreases—rewarding long-term commitment and high-quality instruction.

No. We believe in an open contract—you’re free to tutor outside our team as well. We just ask for integrity and transparency to maintain a positive working relationship.
